We do not buy on the spot market. Every kilo we ship is forward-contracted with a named farm at planting, with the certification renewal cost shared, and with a price floor set six months ahead of the harvest window. The list below is the live partner registry.

What gets recorded. Field block GPS centroid, harvest date, the picker shift, packhouse line number and operator, every cold-chain temperature read at fifteen-minute intervals, the reefer container's GPS track, the EU customs entry number and the residue-panel result from an independent NL lab. We send all of it as one PDF and one CSV ahead of the container's arrival.
