Cairo morning to Haarlem evening, Sunday through Thursday. We answer the same day if we can — most often by the close of Cairo's afternoon or the open of Haarlem's morning. Friday, the packhouse rests. Saturday, the audit week is written.
The fastest way to reach us is to write. We read every email; we keep the conversation in plain prose; we attach the lot paperwork as a PDF if you ask for it. If the year is at its peak — May, July, October — we may answer from the road. The phone lines are below; use them for time-critical lanes.
What to put in the message: the product you are interested in, the volume you need, the week you need it. We will reply with the harvest window, the cert pack, the lane, and the indicative price. If we cannot do what you need, we will say so plainly and tell you who can.
