No. 02

The market we're built for

Plainly

Egypt farms more than 116,000 certified-organic hectares, leads the world in herbs and spices, and grows the largest date crop on earth. Its real edge is timing: a counter-seasonal calendar that fills Europe's October-to-May gap, shipped through Alexandria and Port Said to Rotterdam in days.

The hard part isn't supply — it's proof. Many farms grow cleanly but can't fully evidence it: traceability is thin and documentation inconsistent. European retail wants EU Organic, GlobalG.A.P., BRCGS and SMETA, audited and on paper. Closing the gap between growing well and proving it is the work we do.

Where we fit

The work we're taking on
Close the gap

Traceability

Lot-level records — seed, field, harvest date, cold-chain logs, packing line — that hold up to an audit.

Lift growers

Certification

Pre-audit support to move clean farms onto EU Organic, GlobalG.A.P. and Demeter — and keep them there.

Move it well

Cold chain

Consolidation and temperature integrity from Alexandria to Rotterdam, so smaller growers reach EU shelves intact.

Open doors

Market access

Curated relationships with vetted European buyers, with Egyptian origin represented honestly.

The other way

Supplies & tech

Dutch seed, organic fertilisers and greenhouse technology flowing back to Egyptian growers.

Stand behind it

Direct contracts

We deal with growers by name, and account for what we ship.
