Contact·Write to us·The desk reads everything

Tell us what you are looking for.

We are easy to reach. The desk is small, the inbox is read, and a real reply usually comes within the same working day from whichever office is awake.

The Haarlem office. Gedempte Oude Gracht 41, first floor. Photograph taken on a Friday in February, the day after the snow.

To whoever is writing —

Tell us who you are and what you would like to buy, sell, ask, or visit. We move organic fresh, frozen and dried produce both directions between Egypt and the Netherlands, but the desk is also happy to talk about things we do not yet trade.

If you are a buyer, the most useful first message names the product, the volume per year, the form (fresh, IQF, dried) and your delivery terms. If you are a grower, name the crop, the hectarage, and the certification you carry now.

If you are a journalist, a student, or simply curious, write anyway. The desk is small. We read everything.

§ — Visiting the farms

Buyers are welcome on the ground.

We host two buyer visits a year — one in March, when the Beheira strawberries are in full pick, and one in October, when the Assiut pomegranates and Siwan dates are being graded. Each visit is four days, three farms, two cities, and a long conversation with the growers themselves. The next is Tuesday 13 October to Friday 16 October 2026, departing from Cairo.

Write to the desk, or to Sherif directly, if you would like to come. We arrange the schedule and the ground transport; you arrange your flight.
